Interior decorating of a two bedroom villa in Florey, to include ceiling. Place not in bad condition and carpet will be changed after decorated. It is rented at present and will be moving back in, in mid July, date a bit flexible.

Looking to get interior walls and skirting of 2 bed apartment painted. Just purchased property and walls ( white ) have some scuffs / marks and just want everything fresh. Currently empty so no furniture etc.

Paint both sides of one wall. Needs to be done 3:30pm onwards on Tue 3 Feb

Walls only in lounge/hallway areas. Includes all materials (not paint but happy to purchase on your behalf) and 1-2 site visits depending on drying time in. Between coats.

I have two large rooms with popcorn ceiling and i need to get rid of that texture. I have had a go at removing it, and i need help! It seems to be textured in the concrete render, rather than just plaster. I was technically able to sand a bit back with a sander - but it was very difficult. I also tried filling it in with plaster, i suspect it might need a combination of the two I'd estimate about 77 square metres all together across both rooms

Needing somebody to sand and paint external timbers attached to the roof. It is the tan areas pictured, not the blue, and doesn't include the windows or roof. Not sure of the going rate for such jobs, open to quotes - Due date: Flexible
