One 4.5 by 5m bedroom to be painted $750 flat rate including preparation and trims and paint Hi, My flat rate means that includes the cost of paint (include in the $750) and the room would need 2-3 coats (say a primer coat and a regular coat or two) but depending on what you think it needs. We had a water leak all minor mould is removed by professional remediation with high pressure cleaning and chemicals a few years ago and it visually all looks clean. But to be sure we want to have a painter wash the walls with sugar soap or whatever appropriate and similar thing and then paint it thoroughly with anti mould paint, just to be sure it will remain in good condition. House is partially furnished so won’t need to move much around, but there are wall fixings (e.g curtains and AC) that will need to be accounted for. Can provide some painting materials, such as a drop sheet, paint tray and frog tape but ideally the person comes with own tools. Have flexibility with day and time for it to be done.
