Along with a quote for the fix, we would really appreciate your professional opinion on what caused this to happen, given that it came out naturally and along the grain. Details: * Dimensions: The split is approximately 32 cm long, 1 cm wide at its widest point, and 2 mm deep. * Issue: As shown in the attached photos, the splinter initiated at its paper-thin edge and lifted upward along the natural grain of the wood. * Photos: I have attached high-resolution photos showing the full length of the split and a close-up of the origin point for your reference. Need help with an acoustic engineer with report on change of flooring from carpet to timberwood

Hi there, I am looking for someone to clean + paint exterior wood panes and the decks outside my house. There is also one plank of wood on the deck that needs replacing as it is sagging. There are two main deck areas, and about 6 smaller window panes and 3 large ones I am looking for someone to clean and paint. I have a small amount of remaining aquadeck from doing this previously.

I spilled nail glue on the floor a few months ago and gradually been trying so hard to get it off, I tried acetone at first but it dried almost immediately. The white residue is probably cotton pads. I have been able to get it to fade by sanding it but figure I should leave the rest to someone else. If there's anyone who could get rid of the glue and apply polish over the top to make it blend back into the floor as much as possible that would be incredible.

Install approx 5cm of skirting board to match existing. We did a kitchen renovation and now there is approx 5cm of wall with missing skirting. See image.

I have 2 sections of carpet requiring repair. Please note I have plenty of spare carpet which can be leveraged for this. One area is a step, while the other is flat.

I accidentally left rug adhesive in contact with the carpet and glue has stuck to it. The total area is fairly small, about the size of a foot, in two nearby spots (photos attached). I do not need full carpet shampooing, but I can consider it if that required to make the carpet look consistent after cleaning the spots. I managed to remove the excess, but stepping on those areas still feels a bit sticky. The building has parking and lift.

Repair wooden floor board

Looking for a licensed carpenter to remove and install approximately 80m worth of pre-bought skirting. Attached the floor plan for reference.

Area is approx 7.9 x 1.35 m. Tiles are 50 x 50. Have tiles, glue & roller. Some cutting required to fit in front of existing counter.
