Iron burn damage to carpet — need a patch repair, not full replacement. Burn is approximately 20cm square in lounge room . I don't have spare carpet, happy for tasker to source a patch from inside a built-in wardrobe. End of lease — bond at stake, so needs to look clean and seamless. Please quote including approach.

Wooden floor boards to be sanded. Two rooms on ground floor. Total space is 4.9m wide x 8m long = 39.2 square metre Old lino and underlay have been removed. We will apply the finish ourselves, so are just looking for someone to do the sanding. The space is the front two rooms and the hallway on the attached floorplan. Photos of current state of floorboards attached. We can remove most furniture in preparation, but ideally we would need someone to help move a wardrobe into another room (photo attached). Aiming for first two weeks of February.
