I have a 2 bedroom apartment that requires skirting boards installed throughout

Replace 2m of damaged floor board in our lounge room (see photos). The floor board is about 2m up to the tape in the photo (damage is only beyond the tape). We ideally do not want to re-finish the whole room as we do not have a place to store our furniture. We’d be looking to just have that single floor board finished as closely as possible to the rest of the room if possible.

Polish scratches on floorboards so they are not visible. I believe they are timber with dark brown stain. See pictures

Our dog pulled the carpet up at the edges, and tore a small part out. 3 of the areas just need refitting to the smoothedge and stretched, and there is a piece about 200mm x 50mm that will need cutting out and replacing.
