Hi, I'm looking to get a quote on a possible vinyl floor installation in my apartments bedroom. Address: On Castlereagh Street, Haymarket, sydney. Rough Measurements : 4.75m Length, 4.25m Wide I live in this apartment and have gottena approval from the apartment owner. I need to also get my building managers approval before work commences. I've already removed around 50% of my rooms carpet and planning to remove the rest by myself, so was wondering if i could get a quote excluding / including carpet removal costs. And does the quote include acoustic underlay?( or material needed between the vinyl and cement flooring if its required). I'm looking to complete this full renovation as soon as possible within the next few weeks

Floors are covered with residue from the cork tiles, and will require some repair/fill work where needed in dents, gouges and chips.
