Deck approx 3.5 x 4m requires re-staining and possibly re-sanding. Price negotiable depending on scope of work required.

I have a masonry skirting board that needs replacement in the bedroom. I'd like it replaced by similar height white wooden skirting board with colonial/Victorian profile (height 22cm) for a length over 4m.the masonry is easily removed (I did a bit using a recip saw) but needs to be careful not to damage the carpet. There are other bits of work to do like painting etc.
