I have a masonry skirting board that needs replacement in the bedroom. I'd like it replaced by similar height white wooden skirting board with colonial/Victorian profile (height 22cm) for a length over 4m.the masonry is easily removed (I did a bit using a recip saw) but needs to be careful not to damage the carpet. There are other bits of work to do like painting etc.

We are moving out of our rental and our cat has damaged the carpet in two patches. One is in the corner of a door frame, approx 10x10cm in size where the carpet has been ripped up.
