I have a timber floor and one of the floorboards has partially collapsed in one of its corners. The width of the floorboard is ~13cm. I am unsure of what the exact timber is.

We have a 5m long hallway runner that we need to lay and secure in our hallway that goes up two stairs. We need it secured around the stairs and at each end so the rug does not slip and move at all even with high foot traffic. The image shown is an old hallway runner that we have been trialling with tape to secure it. We now need to do it properly. As you can see from the image, the stairs do not have any overhang and are straight 90 degrees.

Supply and installation of wooden deck off rear of house

Small bedroom needs carpet changed, approximately 3.62*3.57.carpet is delivered and need to be picked up around Hurstville.therefore, your job is to pick up new carpet and install it as well as dispose old carpet. No underlay need to be replaced in size.

Lay carpet in small space

I have a masonry skirting board that needs replacement in the bedroom. I'd like it replaced by similar height white wooden skirting board with colonial/Victorian profile (height 22cm) for a length over 4m.the masonry is easily removed (I did a bit using a recip saw) but needs to be careful not to damage the carpet. There are other bits of work to do like painting etc.

Need pet odour removal cleaning of carpets in 1 bedroom, a small living room, and a medium sized hallway. I need these carpets sanitised and deodorised as well as cleaned - to get rid of general pet odour from having a pet on the property, for the end of our lease.
