18sqm hardwood deck to be replaced with new deck. Demolish existing remove from premise. Install new deck with new frame.

Require assistance to replace carpet on top two steps of the stairs. Carpet is available but will require cutting to fit the stairs.

Looking for someone that can rip up our carpet, sand and stain the floor, approx 14m2. Photos attached including what we want it to look like, I believe we used a Bona Natural Matt finish but would need the person to ensure it matches the rest of the floor.
