Find an experienced flooring expert in Dulwich Hill

I'm looking for someone with experience in sanding painted timber to sand the skirting boards and picture rails in my bedroom. The room measures 3.1 m × 3.6 m. The skirting boards and picture rails are currently coated with oil-based paint. I need them sanded back thoroughly so they're smooth and ready for me to apply a primer before repainting them with a water-based (acrylic) paint. Please bring your own sanding equipment. I'd appreciate someone who can work neatly and minimise dust where possible.

Replacement of two floorboards on ground floor of Dulwich Hill home.

Floor boards require sanding and sealing. There is quite a bit of variation in the floor currently, we do not expect a perfect outcome just a bit more consistency and brightness. We plan to re-do the flooring in 2 years so this is a semi-temporary fix. The area that requires sanding is 67sqm. There are two bedrooms, one living room and the corridor. I would like this job completed between the 11-15 June.

Hang 6 picture frames on various walls. All areas easily accessible. Picture frames all similar size - approx 67 × 87 cm Also attach skirting board to wall and cut and attach small piece of skirking board to fix gap. Long board will require cutting at end to fit against other skirting board. No painting will be required.

Need a look at fixing creeks in floarboard

I’m looking for an experienced timber floor sanding and polishing specialist to restore my herringbone timber flooring. We had some new carpet installed, and now 2 x bedroom doors are dragging on the carpet when they open and close. We need the doors raised so they no longer drag on the carpet. They can still be opened and closed, it's just dragging, so should only need to be raised a little bit.

We have 90 sqm of engineered timber flooring we need installed. It is click connect and we want it glued with 3 mm rubber underlay.. 1/3 of jobjis on new yellow tongue downstairs. Rest is 3 bedrooms upstairs on similar floor. Us 2sqm landing and 1sqm landing. Landings connect to upstairs bedrooms

These floorboards buckled after a dishwasher water leak. We have lots of spare boards that can be used to replace them. We also have the tan floor cover that needs to be glued on top to make the angled edge smooth. It's important to us that the surface becomes safe (no trip hazard) and the work is high quality.

Have recently had floating hybrid floors (8mm timber veneer) installed. Company which we used has done an (in our eyes) incredibly poor job. In the process of attempting to work out what needs to be done and would benefit from a professional, impartial third party as to the quality of work provided and what our options may be regarding the installer and supplier.

Put a skirting board back onto the wall. I have the board but it may need to be cut in half to help put in back in position
