We have recently patched up our ribbon driveway with concrete and are needing some filler for some cracks. Concrete has been pressure washed, and started painting the driveway partially but it’s the wrong colour. We need someone to give this a quick 1-2 thin coats of driveway paint making it look fresh with clean edges. No need for primer, we are looking for just a cosmetic uplift not durability due to selling next weekend. Berger Jet Dry concrete paint in charcoal will be supplied. Will need to bring own painting equipment though. More photos to come

We need someone to pour a small concrete slab and install new aluminium shed we recently purchased from Stratco. Shed dimensions are 1800 wide by 850 deep and we’d like a recessed slab so dimensions will be around 2200 x 1000 approx. Minor leakage in outdoor pergola roof - suspect gutter and surrounding areas may be dirty/full due to recent heavy rain and nearby trees. Suspect screws on roof also requires tightening. Require someone to come out and check out the root cause (ideally for free) and once we find out the issue on the day of inspection, provide me with a quote on what needs to be fixed.

I would love help either stringing up some more wire from the house to the neighbours lattice, or stringing up a net (from side of house to lattice) in my driveway, in order to keep the vines from dropping down as they grow. I have already strung up a number of lines of wire - but need it attended to further. I can purchase materials needed (eg wire; screws; netting). I have a pergola that has about 15 pieces of wood (3 metres by about 6cm by about 15cm) on the ‘roof’ of a pergola that need to be removed, probably by sawing them. This is to let more light through as there are too many slates at the moment. Once this is done we can then look at painting the whole frame (at another time due to rain). - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 12 October 2022
