Exterior Rendered Wall and door Repair & Paint Touch-Up Looking for an experienced handyman or painter to repair several small areas of damage on an exterior rendered wall. Double-sided mounting tape was previously attached to the wall and, when removed, it pulled away some of the painted/rendered surface. The damaged areas are relatively small but I would like them repaired professionally so they blend in with the existing finish. We are renting and want to leave the place in a good condition. Scope of works: Remove any remaining adhesive residue Repair damaged render/paint surface Sand and prepare repairs as required Prime repaired areas Colour match and repaint affected sections Blend repairs into the existing textured rendered finish The wall appears to be a rendered exterior surface with a painted finish rather than standard painted plasterboard. I have attached photos of the damage. Remove adhesive from white door and repaint in white exterior paint We also have several tins of exterior paint left at the property which may assist with colour matching, however we are not experienced enough to determine whether they are the exact paint used on this wall. Please provide a quote including labour and any materials required. We are flexible for when the works would occur but would prefer before end of July 2026.

Hello, Thank you for your interest in this job. I am looking to have 3 existing recesses within plasterboard walls altered to suit dimensions as set below. SCOPE OF WORKS: - Provide protection to the existing timber flooring before starting the job and keep removing the waste as/when it accommodates. - Ensure sufficient dust prevention is used to avoid dust spreading to other areas of the house. For each recess (x3): 1. Remove existing cabinets and shelving from the recesses. 2. Store removed cabinets and shelves in the garage or dispose and remove from the site 3. Each opening to have a finished width of 1340mm. Ceiling height to remain unchanged. 4. Demolish existing skirting board, gyprock sheeting and timber framing to enlarge the recess 5. Supply and install new timber framing as per AS1684 to the widened recess. Assume no new beams/or posts required - if after demolition it is apparent new beams/post required this can be treated as an extra. 6. Supply and install gyprock sheeting /glue/ angles/plaster - set and sanded and ready for paint. 7. Infill any gaps in the timber floor with matching timber flooring, sanded and finished to match existing. 8. Install new timber skirting boards to match existing. 9. If you can provide painting that would be good, if not, I will find a painter to finish the job. - Remove floor protection, and dispose of surplus material and carry on final clean The reason for the works is that I wish to place 3 different cabinets (already made) into each of the recesses. The new cabinets will sit loose in the space which is why all plasterboard needs to be set, sanded and finished and painted.
