Hello, I am looking for an experienced painter to prep and paint my small bathroom ceiling and tops of walls above tiles - see images. Prep will need to involve sanding to remove old paint and priming with moisture resistant primer. I can supply paint and primer. Looking at getting it done this week if possible. Room is 180cm x 192xm in size (approx) Any questions, just ask ;)

We’re looking to re-paint a few walls and ceiling of two small rooms, plus the skirting board of our main area. The entire home is only 55 square meters, so painting space will be less than that. We have some paint left over which may be a little old, happy for your recommendations! The rooms only have wardrobes which will need to be covered, otherwise the space is bare.

I'm looking for someone with experience in sanding painted timber to sand the skirting boards and picture rails in my bedroom. The room measures 3.1 m × 3.6 m. The skirting boards and picture rails are currently coated with oil-based paint. I need them sanded back thoroughly so they're smooth and ready for me to apply a primer before repainting them with a water-based (acrylic) paint. Please bring your own sanding equipment.
