the plaster ceilings have patterns and some flaky paint need to be scraped off. Walls and trims don't need scraping. They are fine to paint over previous paint.

Need a total of 9 doors (both sides) the frames and skirting boards to be: 1. Everything sanded back 2. Apply undercoat 3. Apply satin or semi gloss finish to doors, frames and skirting.

Paint apartment living and dining room

I need 2 rooms painted and the ceiling painted in 2 other rooms. Room 1 - need whole room painted (see photos), this room has some mould stains on the ceiling in one section (about 3m2) that needs to be cleaned first, then painted. The skirting also has some small mould discolouration that needs to be cleaned first. The room is about 3m x 4m in size. The room has an ornate ceiling one window and door that needs to be painted, as well as the walls. Room 2 - is a kids room (about 3m x 3m), has ornate ceiling, and timber window, skirting and door that needs to be painted. Walls to be painted as well. There is small amount of old water stain on 3 metres of cornice (now dry). Room 3 and 4 - just needs the ornate ceiling to be painted (each room is about 3m x 4m). Need two small holes and small crack to be puttied first in that room. I will supply the paint for the room. You will need to supply brushes, drop sheets etc. Looking for professional painters only.
