Including Balcony 3.1x2.2m, Dinning room 2.9mx2.3m, Living room 5.2mx3.8m, Bedroom one 3.6mx3.8m, Bedroom two 3.6mx2.7m, Bedroom three 3.6mx2.5m, entrance and corridor 3.6x4m. Kitchen can be excluded as it does not have it but a concrete ceiling. Carpet and door will need to be protected against debris. An empty apartment so expect no furniture required to be moved. Wall peeled off when I remove an adhesive hook. The hole is about 2mm deep and 5cm in height and width. The wall needs to be filled and painted a white that is slightly darker than light white. Only the filled area needs to be painted, not the entire wall. The painting is optional so I will consider bids at lower prices without the paint done.

Fill, sand and paint skirting boards + small gaps between boards and wall/floor. Boards pre primed. Two coats top coat needed. The boards are attached to concrete wall via plugs and screws. Only in living room and bedrooms. Two tubes of no-more-gaps and ~1L of water based enamel paint provided. If this is not enough, happy to top it off. Needs to happen Thursday or Friday
