Scope of work: Prepare the surface and fill any holes or gaps around the new switchboard casing. Patch and sand the plaster to ensure a smooth, flush finish with the rest of the wall. Apply a primer/undercoat if necessary. Paint the repaired sections. I have the matching paint ready to use, but please bring your own brushes, rollers, and drop sheets to protect the floor.

Need someone experienced to fix a kitchen benchtop issue and build a small wall. The benchtop currently has a lip/overhang that wasn’t cut, which is blocking me from framing a wall next to it. This needs a clean, straight cut (laminate benchtop, already installed). After that: - Frame a small wall section next to the benchtop - Install gyprock and finish it smooth (ready for paint) This is a visible area (living room side), so finish quality matters. Looking for someone with proper tools (ideally track saw) and experience with benchtops and gyprock. Photos attached. Located in Randwick.
