Patch and paint two outdoor Render spots (allyway pillar and front doorbell)and patch and paint some spots on an internal Gyprock wall (electrician cut squares to thread power point along the bottom of wall). I have and will supply the paint only.

I need help sanding my pergola beams and balustrades. It won’t all get done today but I need 2 dudes with sanders for 3-4 hrs this arvo to get thru a good chunk.

Needs to be sanded smooth and then a couple of coats of sealer- I have the Cabots clear

A new switchboard has recently been installed in my entrance hall, leaving two sections of the wall requiring repair. The work involves filling holes, patching plaster defects, and painting the areas to match the existing wall. The two sections measure approximately: 43cm x 15cm 40cm x 50cm Plus one small defect about 4x3cm See photos. Scope of work: Prepare the surface and fill any holes or gaps around the new switchboard casing. Patch and sand the plaster to ensure a smooth, flush finish with the rest of the wall. Apply a primer/undercoat if necessary. Paint the repaired sections. I have the matching paint ready to use, but please bring your own brushes, rollers, and drop sheets to protect the floor.

Need someone experienced to fix a kitchen benchtop issue and build a small wall. The benchtop currently has a lip/overhang that wasn’t cut, which is blocking me from framing a wall next to it. This needs a clean, straight cut (laminate benchtop, already installed). After that: - Frame a small wall section next to the benchtop - Install gyprock and finish it smooth (ready for paint) This is a visible area (living room side), so finish quality matters. Looking for someone with proper tools (ideally track saw) and experience with benchtops and gyprock. Photos attached. Located in Randwick.

Scope of work: •Repair water-damage plaster in the front area of our clinic •Damage includes the corner of the ceiling and a section across the front interior •Sanding, patching and finishing required so it’s ready for painting •Must ensure the repaired area blends seamlessly with the existing ceiling •Work needs to be completed out of hour times

Had ceiling fans installed. No roof cavity so holes needed to be made in ceiling (13 holes) need plasterer

Window Tinter or Tradesman needed to apply blackout film to three windows in the master bedroom. As per the images, we started to do this ourselves but were not able to finish the job as it requires two people and a 3+ metre ladder. The highest point of window is approx 3.5-4 metres high. The ladder is only needed for the larger window which is approximately 2 metres high and 4 metres in length. The blinds may need to be removed and then screwed back in as the film needs to cover all of the window (especially the top section) so no light can come through. The job will only take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. Black out film is provided. Need someone ASAP.

Wall balustrade needs patching due to wear and tear

Demolish / Disassemble 2 wardrobes (around 2300mm wide x 2600mm high). One is clearly built in and the other seems to be more freestanding but may also be fixed to the wall. Place on nature strip for council collection.
