Old wall tiles have been removed and the cement bed behind them has been ground back, but it still doesn't sit flush with the plastered wall above. Most of it will be hidden behind new cabinets. I need three areas of wall damage repaired, patched and repainted to match. Garage wall. The wall has been dented and cracked at bumper height, just above the stone kerb. The area is roughly 1 m wide by 0.5 m high, with two main vertical cracks, some hairline cracking and a slight crease where the board has been pushed in. It may need a section of board replaced rather than a patch. Garage wall, second area. Similar damage to the above. Bedroom wall. A hole that needs patching.

Scope of work: Prepare the surface and fill any holes or gaps around the new switchboard casing. Patch and sand the plaster to ensure a smooth, flush finish with the rest of the wall. Apply a primer/undercoat if necessary. Paint the repaired sections. I have the matching paint ready to use, but please bring your own brushes, rollers, and drop sheets to protect the floor.

Need someone experienced to fix a kitchen benchtop issue and build a small wall. The benchtop currently has a lip/overhang that wasn’t cut, which is blocking me from framing a wall next to it. This needs a clean, straight cut (laminate benchtop, already installed). After that: - Frame a small wall section next to the benchtop - Install gyprock and finish it smooth (ready for paint) This is a visible area (living room side), so finish quality matters.
