Experienced Fencer Needed: Replace 7m back Boundary Fence with Retaining (Randwick) Task Description Looking for a skilled and reliable fencer to replace a 7m back boundary fence at my federation semi in Randwick. The job involves: • Removing an old corrugated iron fence • Installing a new timber paling fence with steel uprights (concreted in for strength) • Building a small retaining wall (approx. 400mm high) using concrete blocks or bricks—whichever is more cost-effective (no timber, please) • Ensuring the retaining wall supports the neighbour’s yard, which is about 400mm lower • Access via a side passage is available • Site visit can be arranged (some renovations are nearly finished, but fence work is urgent so I can restore the garden) • PLEASE note - a Written quote required first (so I can discuss with neighbour and get agreement). • Please indicate your experience/qualifications - if successful you will be asked to share photos of previous work and/or share references. I have removed a brick building that was on the corner of my property on 2 boundaries, so the boundary fence is now incomplete. There are existing fences that met the edges of the removed brick building. Requirements as follows: 1. L 3.6m x H 1.8m lapped capped pine onto existing concrete and brick retaining wall (see photo) 2. L 1.5m x H 2.4m double cladded pine fence to continue with existing (see photo) 3.
