Quote must include pickup from Erskineville depot, transport to Bondi Beach, carrying materials to rear courtyard, removal of existing chain link/wire fence, disposal of all waste, and full installation of supplied panels, battens, rails, posts, gate and hardware. Access is at the rear of the block up several sets of stairs, so please factor difficult access/manual carrying into the quote. Layout includes Run 1, Run 2, Run 3, Run 4 and Run 4.5. Approx sizes: Run 1 5800mm, Run 2 1900mm, Run 3 6650mm, Run 4 2300mm, Run 4.5/return 450mm. Gate approx 900mm. Heights mostly 1500mm, with stepped/tapered section up to approx 1800mm. Important details: one run is mounted to the face of a sandstone retaining wall, not just fixed on top. Posts are fixed directly through the post into the wall. Some sandstone may need prep/reinforcement. Please allow for drilling/fixing into sandstone, packing/shimming, masonry/chemical anchors or threaded rod where appropriate, and making the install secure and straight. Another run is installed on the lower/other side of the retaining wall, with posts concreted into the ground. Relevant posts are 600mm for in-ground fixing. Battens fix through 40x40 rails using a batten adapter. Please only respond if you have relevant fencing experience, can work with sandstone/masonry, can handle stair access, can collect from depot, and can remove/dispose of waste.

Require the installation of a colorbond fence, gate and latch. Height approx 1.8metres. Length approx 3 metres (including the gate). Task to include supply of all fencing materials, posts, gate, latch and full installation. Fence is for courtyard privacy in ground floor apartment. Access is easy. Hinges have rusted through on side gate. Hoping someone can replace hinges and rehang gate so it is functional again. Actual gate and wooden stumps appear ok.

Help source and install alley gate and close off to the fence. We are installing a pergola and want to incorporate a gate for that part protruding down the side of our house.
