Picket boundary fence has been water damaged. We need to: 1. Remove and replace timber horizontal fence rails (h3 70x45mm). 2. Paint replaced timber horizontal fence rails with matching color. We have three fence rails needing replacement: 1. approx 2.94m 2. approx 1.32m 3. approx 1.34m We would like to re-use existing pickets if possible, as they're still in a functional condition. Pickets are nailed in with small but rusted nails. Flexible with budget, just estimated. Require contractor with insurance, as it's a strata building
