Looking for an experienced handyman, carpenter, or fencing contractor to build a timber fence on both sides of my property. Scope of work: Side 1: Approximately 1.90 metres long, including a timber gate for access in and out. Side 2: Approximately 5.70 metres long. Supply and install all materials required. Fence should be sturdy, neat, and suitable for outdoor use. Please include labour and material costs in your quote, or specify separately. Please provide: Photos of similar fencing work completed. Estimated timeframe to complete the job. Whether materials are included in your quote. Happy to arrange an inspection if required.

I need to move/rearrange the temporary fence that is blocking my driveway. You will need to bring your own tools and a small ladder.

We’re looking to close the gaps under our 4.4 m Colorbond fence and garden gate to stop rats getting through and prevent our puppy escaping. We're looking at istalling a galvanised vermin mesh barrier under the fence (cut into strips and bent into an L-shape), fixed to the bottom rail and buried under cinder blocks along the fence line. For the gate, we’re thinking about adding a metal kick plate plus a flexible brush strip underneath to seal any uneven gaps while still allowing the gate to swing freely. We’ll supply materials (mesh, fixings, cinder blocks, kick plate, brush strip).

Need to fix fence pailings and posts and gate

Need someone to cut a lattice fence topper to size and screw into posts. All material provided and ready to go. 3 sections of fence as per the photo (approx 7m width in total)

Install 6m (approximately) of aluminium pool fence in a backyard. The backyard has a 1.4m retaining wall so the fence will prevent people falling. Bunnings has standard panels, posts and brackets etc. Can you meet me at the home and measure up and pick up all the material from Bunnings, then come back to the home and install the fence? Note 1. Not fussy on where the fence sits in relation to the top of the wall……the posts could be in the ground behind the wall or actually on the wall with a base bracket - very open to advice on the best way to install - thank you for the responses so far.

Wood paling needs to be nailed into horizontal supports to fix vertical gap. A 'Make safe' job. Used paling/s to match others is preferable & fine. Easy.quick job, no CCCC need apply.

Install a garden gate for me, need to be able to cut through chip wood and either cut into little thin metal fence already there or remove the screws. All chip wood. No concrete.

Remove and replace timber mouldings on my 4 patio posts. Can supply federation style moulding.

Need a carpenter to nail 29 pcs of pine fence panels to the existing fence, just need to change the current ones as they are a bit short. Will remove the current ones and need new ones just nailed.

I need an experienced brick wall repair person to advise me on my brick fence. There are 2 significant cracks from growing tree roots and the iron gate is coming loose from the brickwork on one side with a couple of surrounding bricks needing replacement.
