I need help repairing my electric garage gate. Both gate motors are working, but the motors are not synced. E.g one side can open further than it should / or in the opposite direction to the other gate I need someone to inspect the gate, work out why both sides are not operating together, and repair or reconnect the remote/control system so the gate opens and closes correctly. I also need help making the sharp metal edges on both sides of the gate safe, as they could cut someone. This may involve filing, covering, capping, or otherwise making the edges safer.

Our pool gate latch has broken, the magnetic / spring bound catch has come off. it needs to be fixed or replaced.

My stainless steel magnetic pool gate lock isn’t working

I can’t open my side gate — the wood seems swollen and the lock appears to be out of alignment, as I can’t get the key in properly. I need a handyman to come take a look and fix it so the gate opens and locks easily again. It may need to be realigned or shaved down slightly. Looking to get this sorted ASAP. We are looking for someone to supply and install a ring doorbell system… We have an old system and would like to upgrade it… We are looking for someone that can supply the system, but also set it up to open our gate which has an existing and functional gate strike mechanism. We are open to this being a battery operated system… Although there is a two wire system coming to the doorbell point. The pricing is for the Labour to do the job. Shave down swollen side gate - tomorrow between early afternoon and 5pm.

Need a few holes drilled to attach new gate lock to post. I have the new lock here, the old lock will be removed before you arrive and the part that attached to the gate is already in place. Just need someone to drill a couple of holes so the new part can be attached to the post.

Cut down 10 cm of the gate and re weld it back on..
