Find a professional gate installation in Coogee NSW

Need someone to offer some advice on the right kind of baby gate to install at top of stairs as I do not trust the pressure mount ones as they never seem to be safe enough. Then need the person to install it. I believe the walls are brick / plaster. Would like someone more experienced than me with putting screws into masonry with minimal damage. Have a masonry drill and drill bit that would work.

Our front gate is getting stuck where it closes, especially after sitting in the sun (possibly due to heat expansion). My husband tried filing it but it’s still catching. We need someone to adjust or trim the area around the lock – or replace that part if needed – so the gate closes smoothly without friction.

Existing unit (kocom) has stopped working. The unit on the gate is corroded apparently. But I can’t replace gate unit because apparently they have upgraded the range so I need a new system.
