Kitchen renovation in a first-floor unit in Randwick. Old wall tiles have been removed and the cement bed behind them has been ground back, but it still doesn't sit flush with the plastered wall above. Most of it will be hidden behind new cabinets. Only two small patches will stay visible, and they're marked in red on the attached photos: – Patch 1 (beside the doorway): approx. 600mm wide x 2.1m high, floor to old tile line – Patch 2 (beside the window): approx. 550mm wide x 1.2m high, from benchtop height up to the old tile line, wrapping slightly into the corner (Measurements are rough and as a guide only) Approx. 2–2.5 m² total. Please confirm on site. I need a renderer to: – Render both patches – Slope/feather them off so they blend into the existing plastered wall above – Leave a smooth, paint-ready finish, since they'll be on show Timing: Cabinets go in on 26 October, so the render needs to be done with enough curing time before then. Repair wall through rending and painting. Wall is 2m x 2.4m, will need to match new render with old and must have a uniform finish, & then paint the wall.

Have a core hole in the external brick that was used for a split system air conditioner that has been removed. Looking for someone with experience to fill hole with masonry/mortar and then apply render and finish flush. Render will be painted over by us. Thanks
