When the wall is dried out completely we need the damaged paint scrapped back, damaged part of wall fixed, area water proofed and sort of matching existing texture. Painting not needed, I can complete that

I am looking to paint the exterior of my house but before doing so need to verify the render is sound. I also had tie downs installed and need the holes patched, and there was small, localised damage to the render underneath a window. I can supply the render or reimburse the cost with receipts.

Where I removed a (partition) internal brick wall, I need the resulting exposed brick and ceiling patched - rendered and plastered. The two wall ends have corners, and the length of the ceiling area is about 2500.

Repair two small patches of damaged render on our neighbour's side of our boundary fence - damage caused by drilling through the fence to install a gate on our side.
