Hi there I’m after a quote for some rendering! Rear of house, some brick and some blue board. Also some rendering around the outside couping on a pool!

I have had work carried out on my pool and the rendering lifted off, The area is dry and awaiting rendering work. Replacement area is about 3.5m long and 16 - 18 cm in wall height.

Rendering of side wall (1750mm x 3900mm) Rending of front of elevated pool fascade ( 500mm x 4700mm). The pool fascade will also need a few tiny wires left from formwork cut and those small areas treated.

Some spalling of render appears across threshold at front door & adjacent floor to ceiling windows. Render needs repairing to allow repainting. Optional quote for painting if OK and quickset render allows as part of the engagement.

Existing render damaged by rising damp, need render repaired so I can apply a coat of waterproofing

Need top of doorway re rendered and packed out, making it level, not flush with the bowed lintel. Previous rendered i engaged here put the angles to match the lintel, when i needed it perfectly level.
