We have a leak in our Colorbond steel flat roof. Water is getting through into the Gyprock ceiling in an upstairs room. We need someone experienced with metal roofing to come out, inspect the roof, locate where the water is getting in, and patch or seal it so it stops. What we need: Inspect the flat Colorbond steel roof and find the source of the leak. Check the usual suspects (flashings, screws and seals, joins, penetrations, and any rust or lifted sheeting). Carry out a patch repair on the day if possible. Let us know what was found and whether any larger follow up work is needed. We had it repaired a few years ago, now a new spot is leaking

Remove the recently installed bulkhead and the cornice installed around the kitchen Restore the cornice running along the wall. The job needs to be ready for the painter, so polished plaster and the ceiling sealed and polished. The kitchen undamaged. We have a kitchen renovation going wrong. So we're trying to roll back the bulkhead and the cornice install, because the kitchen is not level and we ended up with an uneven gap between the cornice and the top of the kitchen. You can see the desired state, without the bulkhead, in one of the images attached when the kitchen was still being built out.

I need an experienced plasterer to repair 4 ceilings. The study has water damage (roof causing damage repaired 18 months ago) with both peeling paint and brown water stains. The lounge, dining rooms and foyer also have peeling on edges near cornices from water damage 2 decades ago. Also the dining room and lounge have signs of previous poor plaster repairs from peeling (done by me). The ceilings need plaster repairs to cover the peeling paint and new coat of ceiling white. I have already bought 8 litres of British Paints Paint and Prime to cover what is about 47 square meters. One coat will be enough, the cornices do not need painting. See attahched photos.

We had some water damage in ceiling, and we made a little hole in it in the course of inspections. Now we need a person to sand, plaster and seal this section. It’s appx 10 inches X 10 inches. We have ladders etc here which you can use and the space has good access. Located in Oyster Bay, 2225. Would like to get done before Christmas- same as everyone 😅
