TASK - Plasterboard the area outlined in red (refer to image), completing all steps necessary to prepare the surface for painting *note* Please ignore the budget, we are unsure hence hoping for some quotes! The battens can be removed prior to plasterboarding if it is easier, but we believe the wall is plywood which would make filling the gaps difficult. We require a flat surface, hence the need to plasterboard. We don’t have exact measurements, but believe it is approximately 18sqm total. 2 existing walls within freestanding home - both walls are old horsehair style gyprock. Both walls have existing gyprock as per the photos. Will require new gyprock sheeting and plastering. Please include cost to remove old gyprock. Larger wall behind bed is 3.5m x 2.5m. Other wall is partially blocked by cupboard, so would be approx. 2m x 2.5m.

Remove the recently installed bulkhead and the cornice installed around the kitchen Restore the cornice running along the wall. The job needs to be ready for the painter, so polished plaster and the ceiling sealed and polished. The kitchen undamaged. We have a kitchen renovation going wrong. So we're trying to roll back the bulkhead and the cornice install, because the kitchen is not level and we ended up with an uneven gap between the cornice and the top of the kitchen. You can see the desired state, without the bulkhead, in one of the images attached when the kitchen was still being built out.

Require a plasterer to patch small holes and replace cornice. Across 2 locations a few streets apart.

40 m3 kitchen and bathroom wall covering in Caringbah

20 cm * 40 cm hole in garage plasterboard ceiling. Want an insect proof vent installed and gyprock. The vent is to prevent mould and condensation reoccurring. Example of simple vent attached in pictures but any vent so long as has an insect screen is fine. Please quote including materials and all other costs.

Need to undo toilet seats and other plumbing stuff and reconnect again. The gyprock has been affected by moisture and mould due to being unnoticed for some time. The job involves: 1. Removing the damaged and moulded gyprock. 2. Cleaning and treating the area to address mould. 3. Installing new gyprock. 4. Finishing with taping, mudding, sanding, and painting with suitable paint for bathroom. Please provide a quote for the full repair, including materials and labour including removing material off side when finished.
