I’m looking for someone experienced with plaster finishing to sand a recently plastered skylight so it’s ready for painting. The plaster has already been applied but needs a final sand to create a smooth finish. You’ll need to bring your own sanding equipment (preferably with dust extraction if possible) and leave the area clean afterwards. This is one skylight only and should suit someone with plastering or painting preparation experience. Please only make an offer if you have experience achieving a paint-ready finish.

Small hole (~3 cm x 3 cm) in a plaster wall needs patching. The task involves cleaning up the hole, applying filler, allowing it to dry, sanding the area flush, and then touching up with matching white paint. I will provide the matching white paint; please bring all other materials and tools (filler/spackling compound, sanding equipment, etc.). The wall is inside a home in Byron Bay. Flexible on timing—would like it done sometime next week.
