Cement wall to be retouched refilled sealed and painted

I’ve got a small hole in a rendered brick wall where an old built-in shaving cabinet used to be. I need it bricked up and rendered to match the surrounding wall. Painting is not required.

I have a 4.4m x 2.7m wall in a bedroom that needs to be white set rendered prior to painting. Please include in your quote, a rate per 10sqm in case there are other areas that require the same. Please also include advise the cost to cover and white set over the following vent.

Small wall x2 needs to be rendered ready for paint.

Require old paint stripped off front of house, front fence/ retaining walls that is old and pealing. Measured area and it is a bit under 31 square metres. Need it to be taken back to the bear render, assume drop sheets will be used to keep off public area / neighbours driveway. All paint / paint stripper / drop sheets and other debris to be removed and walls left clean and tidy, with areas stripped of paint to be in condition to be repainted.

Remove some cornice - patching and render some skirting areas to prepare for painters

Fill in two small inset shaving cabinets. Bricks supplied. Render and skim needed. Painting not needed.

We need to have 5 sheets of gyprock, all about 1 metre high, fully set and rendered. This is on internal walls of our apartment, in two seperate areas.

Exterior walls have been rendered. There are some cracks and spaces on the rendering that need repair.

Render on blue board above and to side of door frame. Various other small internal patches - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 5 November 2023

Three walls to render. The walls are inside a laundry. I have numbered the walls in the photos provided. We have a doorway that has recently been filled with a cupboard on one side, and now needs enclosing and rendering on the other side to conceal the opening. Ideally need new skirting boards added also. It’s the internal wall on a double brick wall, in an older apartment, so the advice we’ve received is to ensure that fibreglass mesh & acrylic render is used, and ideally by a renderer, if that gives an indication of what’s involved. - Due date: Flexible

The old cement render has come away from the bricks of an internal window wall. It’s a small section approximately 2.5m x 0.7m requires rendering/plastering. - Due date: Before Friday, 19 August 2022
