Find trusted gutter cleaners in Coogee NSW

Hi there, I need a reliable professional to clean the gutters and prune back some overhanging tree branches at a three-story brick residential building. The building has weeds/plants clearly visible growing out of the top gutters. There is also a large tree right next to the building with branches that need trimming back away from the roofline and windows. Scope of Work: • Gutter Cleaning: Remove all debris, leaves, and established weeds growing along the front roof gutters of the three-story building. Ensure downpipes are clear and flowing. • Tree Pruning: Trim back the branches of the large tree on the left side to clear the roofline and prevent damage/blockages. • Green Waste Removal: Collect and dispose of all cleared gutter debris and pruned branches off-site. Requirements: • Must bring your own tall ladders/extension ladders suitable to get access. • Must have appropriate pruning equipment (pole saw/chainsaw). • Must have appropriate safety gear (harness/PPE) for working at heights. • Prior experience with gutter cleaning and tree trimming is essential (please share reviews/portfolio).

General clean of gutters and roof, also need the below work on as stated in a recent roofing inspection ; Box gutter is located on top of the damaged bedroom ceiling where damage has occurred. - Box gutter is holding water at the rear right-hand side. - Box gutter at the left-hand side of the house is located on top of the stairway wall. - Box gutter at the single story level is non-compliant as it is discharging perpendicular to the box gutter. Apparently a plumbing skills and extended ladder are required
