I have purchased the Otti oak laundry cabinet, countertop, sink and associated hardware. Need a tradesman to help install. Current sink will need to be removed and any plumbing that may be required also. I would also like advice on a sliding door while doing the job. Demolish an old concrete awning above the main entrance of a redbrick block of 6 units. Repair any damaged bricks or mortar. A custom pre measured curtain rail from “5 minute blinds” needs to be fitted to the ceiling. It’s one 6m rail and requires 14 brackets to fix it in place. The ceiling is plasterboard and in some areas it seems hollow and others a thin metal layer. The measurements for the brackets have been marked we just need the rail to be hung using Super Wall Mate which we have purchased or another proposed method.
