Demolish an old concrete awning above the main entrance of a redbrick block of 6 units. Repair any damaged bricks or mortar. Replace with a "Bahama" aluminium awning and aluminium slatted side privacy screen. (AI generated images attached). Both these items would need to be supplied. Job is through a strata manager so would need to be a certified builder and be able to provide the following: (a) Stage 1 (demolish) and Stage 2 (replacement) quotation for the awning and privacy screen, so we have the full cost of both stages. (b) A quote for the structural engineering/design compliance declarations required under the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 for both the demolition and the new construction.
