Hi. I’ve got two built-in wardrobes in my apartment that I’d like painted in a modern grey / blue, and I’m after someone who takes pride in a clean, lasting finish. The job is for painting two full wardrobes (one in each room) including doors, door frames and wardrobe frames. The wardrobes have sliding doors and aluminium frames, so they’ll need proper prep to hold the paint well, a good clean, sand, and the right primer for the surface rather than just a coat straight over the top and likely different paint for the edges to the front of the doors. The frames may need to be removed as well to get this done properly which I’m ok with. I care more about it being done properly than done fast, so I’m happy to work in with whatever time that takes and pay accordingly for the right person. I’ve attached a photo of the rough colour I’m going for so you can see the kind of blue I mean, but I’d be open to suggestions. Happy to talk through any of the detail, and if you’ve done similar cabinet or wardrobe jobs before I’d love to hear about them. Cheers, Dave

We are a sauna supplier seeking an installer to assemble a flat-pack sauna at a customer’s property. We have a full assembly video you can follow. The sauna arrives as pre-finished panels and components. Assembly is relatively straightforward but requires two people for safe lifting and positioning. This is a customer-facing job, so professionalism and care are essential. Scope of work includes: • Full assembly of the flat-pack sauna • Removal and disposal of all packaging and waste, including the shipping crate • Leaving the site clean and tidy upon completion Requirements: • Proven experience with flat-pack or modular assembly • Two installers or ability to provide a second person • Own basic tools • Clean, careful workmanship • Professional presentation and communication

Remove the damaged side panel off the built in wardrobe as it will be replaced with a new panel .

Dismantle / demolish a large 6 door built-in robe . Size approx 3850x 2750 . Robe built onto the walls, no back panels. Has internal shelves , hanging and drawers . Take away all rubbish .

Need to repair 2 holes (one large one small) in plasterboard / gyprock wall in a bedroom. Large hole is about 40cm x 40cm. Small hole is about 7cm x 9cm. You will need to provide all tools and materials. I have paint to match the wall.

Scuff marks on staircase balustrade. Requires a colour match for the stain and spot repair.

Need 13-15 metres of timber fencing installed. 1.8-2 metres in height. Will be mounted on top of a low brick wall; requires core holes drilled and galvanised metal posts into brick wall. Current bamboo screen will be removed.

To patch up / repair - Ceiling hard set plastering on concrete. Just over 1m x 1m I have no idea on the cost / time this would take - so Give me a quote!

I would like a custom desk built to fit this work space under my stairs . Would like to use oak wood . The desk should have storage draws and possibly another part for storage . Open to design ideas . The length is 187 and width is 60cm. Would n ed you to do a home visit to discuss the job and measure up properly if interested.

It will probably need two hooks, it’s not particularly heavy but it’s rectangular. It will need to be drilled with those special hooks for bricks. I don’t have any tools or hooks.
