We have just moved into a new apartment and need existing washer and dryer disconnected and moved to the Storage Cage (lift access) and our Washer/Dryer moved up from storage cage and installed. Hi, The spout of my kitchen wall-mounted tap has broken off and I need someone to inspect and repair it. The property is located in Rose Bay. I’m not sure whether: * The spout itself simply needs replacing, or * The internal thread/body inside the wall has been damaged and requires further repair. I’ve attached photos showing the broken spout and the wall connection. Please bring any tools required to assess the damage. Ideally looking for someone with plumbing experience who can either repair it on the spot or advise the most cost-effective solution.
