Replace braided flexi hoses on 4 sinks, one washing machine and 2 toilets. Need to be a licensed plumber *****Additional aspect to the task- replace flexible waste pipe in one bathroom sink with a standard, rigid PVC YOU-bend. Photos of some of the under sinks attached, and the sink with the waste pipe needing replacement.

Please permanently fix our toilet which regularly clogs. It is currently quite clogged, and this happens every few weeks.

I have two small tasks which I need some assistance with: 1) change my water filter cartridge. I changed it last year on my own and this year it now feels a bit sticky and I don’t want to create an issue by forcing it 2) I just brought a new dryer but haven’t connected the water hose to the run off area and the water currently collects in the bucket insert

Toilet cistern won't refill. Have checked float valve and water connection, cant see any obvious issues... very slight amd constant water trickle but not filling
