Find an experienced plumber in Maroubra

I’ve had a new washing machine delivered but the delivery team couldn’t complete the installation and told me I need an extension/fitting. I’m not sure exactly which part is required. I need someone experienced with washing machine installation/plumbing to: • Inspect the existing water and waste connections • Work out exactly what hose/extension/adaptor is required • Purchase the required part from Bunnings (I will reimburse the cost of parts) • Connect the washing machine properly • Secure the waste/drain connection so it cannot leak or come loose • Connect the water inlet • start test cycle/ check thoroughly for leaks Washing machine is already delivered and in position. Please bring appropriate tools. Photos of the existing setup are attached.

The existing kitchen mixer tap is leaking. Please supply a caroma, posh brand, or other reliable kitchen mixer (please suggest exact model). Remove the old one, install the new one. Ensure no leaks around mixer. Location is green street, maroubra junction. Tenanted property, available Friday or Monday. Thanks.

Take the 2 big ones out and move the one in double across to the single room (that’s taken out)

Looking for a licensed electrician able to install a smart hot water timer (Hager contractor ESC325 paired with a Shelly Pro 1) similar to the picture attached. both Shelly and hager Products are new and provided. Note: cabling and electrical box are not installed or provided the picture is an example of what has been done at my neighbour.

Hot water pressure is very low in the kitchen sink tap.

1. Fix / Replace 2 toilet seats - 1 is cracked and other is loose 2. Fix / replace shower handle - handle is loose 3. Fix / replace shower head - head and hose leaking

I have an old kitchen tap that is leaking. I need you to remove it and install the new mixer that I have bought. Based in Maroubra. Prefer earlier in the week if possible (but not Monday). It’s a simple replacement but open to discuss price depending how long it takes.

The hot water does not reach the shower head - only cold water comes out. Hot and cold water can be adjusted from the hand held part of the shower unit. According to google it could be mixing valve cartridge, a blocked or faulty diverter valve...

Toilet seat is loose. Bought set of screws designed to fix problem and need them installed. Or don’t mind if current screws are fixed. Toilet seat currently moves around.

Want to change this to a hand held shower head - is it possible?
