I have an old kitchen tap that is leaking. I need you to remove it and install the new mixer that I have bought. Based in Maroubra. Prefer earlier in the week if possible (but not Monday). It’s a simple replacement but open to discuss price depending how long it takes.

Toilet flush buttons are very flimsy. Lifted the lid to see if I could find the problem and the sticks are very loose and disjointed. Lost one of the sticks as well :( also whenever I flush, water continues to run as if it is continuing to flush but doesn’t have enough water to do it. It takes forever for it to stop by itself and eventually the flush stops and the water replenishes. Please help! - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 16 December 2023

Unblock toilet. Work already done: Used a plunger to attempt to clear the blockage, unable to clear the toilet with plunger. Used a CCTV drain camera to inspect the piping, found 150mm terracotta main line all clear with no blockage. Tested other fixtures and junctions, only the toilet line is blocked. Work to be done: Need to excavate down onto the junction to remove the cement inspection opening for access, once the pipe is accessible use high pressure water jetting and other appropriate equipment to clear the blockage and test for correct operation/flow. Restore the inspection opening with lead and cement. Fill up hole with original soil. - Due date: Before Sunday, 10 December 2023

Hi Andrew, I have moved into a new place and found that nearly every tap is leaking. The tap isn't dripping, it appears that the leak is from water bypassing the o-ring. I have approximately 16 taps, including one mixer tap that require attention. I also require a dish washer to be connected. It requires a flexible hose to be attached to mains water, the drain to be attached and power. There is a power pint however a hole needs to be cut to pass all the hoses and power through. Finally, there is an exhaust fan/light in the laundry. The bearing is worn and the fitting or just the fan needs to be replaced. Regards, Brett
