Rust removal on a concrete balcony. I have been recommended this product but am not comfortable handling it: https://chemron.com.au/shop/degreasing/concrete-wash/ It is recommended to pressure wash afterward and I don't have the required equipment for any of this! We have tried lighter rust removal chemicals and vinegar, which did not work.
