Looking for monthly maintenance of swimming pool. Ph and clean / servicing Please quote how much each time

Clean the pool, scrub the pool floor and run the filter.

My swimming pool pump isn't working, no water flowing through the filter when we turn it on. The filters and skimmer box are clean. It may be an air pocket stopping the flow of water, but I can't figure it out.

It seems my filter cartridge needs replacing as the lid is leaking. I’ve just bought a new filter. Ideally I would like to get a system without the need for me to clean the filter all the time. Space availability is limited thought. Edit- I’ve had a look online and it seems the best option for me is a glass filter, so I have updated price

Pressure wash pool after a chlorine wash first, I have chlorine to do the wash . You need to pressure wash and bring a sub pump , I’ve already got a pump but maybe bring yours as well to get rid of water quicker

I would like someone to come and pressure clean our carport, paths and travertine around our pool (not a huge area). Preferably someone who has a pressure cleaner that vacuums the dirt/water as it goes if possible. Ive added some photos however paths/pool is not that bad, these were taken before the last time it was cleaned last year.

We have just had our pool repainted and it looks like the waterline tiles need to be regrouted. From reading online it looks like you should just be able to regrout over the top, but would be looking for advice from you. I am happy to answer any questions that will assist in preparing a quote.
