Isolation water valve dripping. Tightened with a wrench and now not dripping, but it's only meant to be tightened by hand. So it either needs a new washer, O ring or new valve. Currently not using valve as our existing fridge doesn't have this facility.

The splitter for our washing machine has started leaking. I believe it’s because the part is cheap and broken. I need someone to come out a new splitter in for just the hot water tap and reconnect the hot water tap hoses
