Find an experienced plumber in Bayview NSW

I have a few plumbing jobs at the house that I’d like to get a quote for. There is a persistent sewer/drain smell coming from the pipework underneath the house. I’ve attached some photos — there appears to be mould/staining around some of the pipe joints, particularly around the old pipe connection and the rubber coupling. Could you please have a look and check whether there is a leaking joint, failed seal, or another drainage issue causing the smell, and let me know how you would recommend fixing it? There are also two other jobs: Install a kitchen tap/faucet — I will supply the new tap. Remove/decommission the existing Zip Tap system and cap off the water connections properly. Could you please give me an estimate for all three jobs, including labour and any materials required? Thanks! Serena

Observing water gently seeping through a patch on the front lawn between meter and house. Water is running a few metres down the driveway. I need the leak fixed.

We are installing a new kitchen. We need a new sink, taps and an integrated dishwasher plumbed in, in exactly same spot as existing. Then we also need a fridge/freezer plumbed in for the ice maker facility. This will require plumbing to be done and will be one to two metre from the sink water supply or from behind where bathroom located so should be easy to access water.

Need a licensed plumber to replace existing 3x shower head/tap sets (2 have already been removed) and 1 bath tub tap set.
