Need this sink replaced as being way over quoted

Need a licensed plumber to install 3 water shut off valves (2 under kitchen sink, 1 laundry). Hook up water supply to dishwasher. kitchen tap (already installed) and washing machine. Then intall p trap to kitchen sink.

My toilet continues to leak into the bowl after it flushes I can sometimes reflush and stop the slow draining but I think a seal or something is gone as it’s been steadily getting worse

Plumber needed to unblock this drain

I have a water isolation valve serving a toilet that seems to have failed. When the tap is fully turned off, water is still coming out at quite a velocity. It is causing the cistern float to continually rise and water to continually drain into the pan. I have purchased a new float to install, but have now found the isolation valve is at fault. Need replacement ASAP. We do not have a replacement valve, will need to be supplied by contractor. Person who can repair at earliest convenience within reasonable budget wll be accepted.

I have two above counter bathroom basins that I want to replace with new ones. I have the new sinks, waste, silicone etc but I CANNOT remove the old sinks from on top of the vanity - they are stuck good! Need to replace ASAP as my ensuite is now out of action!

A Licensed plumber required to unblock the shower drain. I am in an apartment on the first floor (not ground). I have tried using a homemade wire snake, but access down the drain is difficult.

I got a new washing machine and the tap for the machine is leaking and needs a rubber washer replacement
