Changing the toilet flush system

Scope of work - Turn off water supply & disconnect existing braided flexi hose - Remove old toilet pan and cistern — take away for disposal - Remove and replace the existing floor collar/connector (old, cracked) - Supply and fit a new braided flexi hose (inlet connection) - Install new close-coupled toilet pan and cistern - I am looking to buy this this from HN $694 (https://www.harveynorman.com.au/caroma-urbane-ii-cleanflush-back-entry-wall-faced-close-coupled-toilet-suite.html) but happy if you want to supply should you have access to trade discounts. - Check and confirm S-trap compatibility - Test flush, check for leaks, seal base with silicone - Leave area clean and tidy Important notes - Toilet is an S-trap floor outlet — please confirm you can match this - Existing floor collar is cracked and will need replacing - Existing cistern inlet has a DIY repair — please inspect and rectify - Old hex mosaic floor tiles are fragile — please take care around the base as I don't plan to renovate our bathrooms until later this year. Job is straightforward for an experienced plumber — estimated 1.5 to 2 hrs AT price is for Labour only.

Run a cold water pipe from one end of kitchen to other. See photo. Install suitable tap on the RHS to plug a fridge ice dispenser in. You’d need to cut the fibro on lhs and run the pipe through roof cavity

Need to extend hot and cold plumbing line from one side of the shower to the other in order to have 2 shower heads ( one on each opposing wall) . You’re required to supply the copper lines and all fittings required to complete the task as well as cut through the villaboard. To be completed 5/1/26. See photo

Our Kitchen Sink Mixer is dripping constantly, tried it with replacing the aerator and rings but still does. Need some fixing.

Need a water tap installed for plumbed fridge. Water supply is available on the opposite side of the kitchen (approximately 4m away) and there is crawl space under the house to run a new waterline from one side of the room to the other

There is a leakage from Shower recess. Need to use waterproof glue with Epoxy or Polyurea to brush/seal the shower recess

Found the leakage from the shower, even after re-sealed the shower with silicone caulk.

We have a sink installed inside our built cleanroom. We need someone to disconnect it temporarily for couple days and then come back to re-install it. Should be a simple job. The sink and drainage is connected from the sink of the kitchen, to the room. The second work is we need someone to install an ice maker for us.

Our cold tap is leaking, investigate and repair.
