Our house had a second floor added. The second story gutter down pipes are spreaders onto the ground story roof. We now need a licenced plumber to provide a CoC that our stormwater is in accordance with AS/NZS 3500.3:2018 and Water Management Policy of Northern Beaches. The storm water was not touched during the extension and requires no actual work. You just need to inspect and supply the CoC. The CoC is needed to lodge with other CoC’s for our occupancy certificate. Address is 27 Serpentine Crescent North Balgowlah. 2093. i’ve included a picture which shows where the storm water runs. The water pipe connection for the fridge is broken and needs replacing. The washer seems torn so there is a slow leak and the two threads on each connection are too close to each other so each side can’t be screwed in properly. - Due date: Before Friday, 6 January 2023

Hi There is a leak from the hot water system, seemingly coming from the external pipework. Need to leaked fixed.

Underground storeroom fills with water during sustained periods of heavy rain. We require a bathroom/laundry style drainage hole in floor with a sub floor conduit to drain water outside. Have built an outdoor shower area and in the process of buying brass outdoor shower fixtures. Need advice on what is required for the fixtures (hot and cold setup) and quote to install. Outdoor shower is only a few metres from gas hot water system.

We need a plumber to install an InSinkErator Model 66 into an existing kitchen sink. Plumber must be licenced.

The issue seems to be with the cold water tap that attaches to the plastic pipe connecting to washing machine. When that tap is on, water leaks from somewhere above and behind the tap. The leak started out of nowhere yesterday. There is no leak when that tap is turned off. Pics provided. The bottom tap on the right is the cold water tap that, when turned on, results in some kind of leak from above. Also pictured is the laundry tub unit under which that tap sits. The third pic is just an example which shows where the water is spraying. Water is coming from behind the unit and above the area where the lower taps are situated. Property is in North Balgowlah.

There is a slow leak behind a tap in a storage room that needs fixing. I can here the sound in a few of the rooms.I have taken photos both sides where the problem is

Dishwasher installation required but I also need someone experienced to cut a hole in the kitchen cupboard unit to connect the water pipe as the existing hole isn’t big enough

I need a plumber today to clear one blocked Pipe (the u bend keeps overflowing when I put my washing machine on) and look at the pipe under my kitchen sink...same thing!! Moved in yesterday, god knows what the previous owners have poured down the sinks...I’ve bought new ubends and tried cleaning the pipes myself but no joy, please help!
