Water is not moving and overflowing in bathroom/laundry.

Outlet valve is broken in Gebrit integrated toilet, would like to replace out valve at same time. Will need to get parts.

The pipework has been put in in a way that the air con can’t drain and is leaking in needs to be reorganized like the one in the other bathroom shot so it works

Our house had a second floor added. The second story gutter down pipes are spreaders onto the ground story roof. We now need a licenced plumber to provide a CoC that our stormwater is in accordance with AS/NZS 3500.3:2018 and Water Management Policy of Northern Beaches. The storm water was not touched during the extension and requires no actual work. You just need to inspect and supply the CoC.
