Need a plumber to fix a constant smell in the bathroom/toilet at the lower level of three bedroom house. Issue started with Sydney water doing work on the street at the back. Only certified plumbers please.

The old stink pipe is redundant and is partially broken and leaning over. Could be either capped above the tiles, or cut below the tiles and one tile replaced. It's a second storey roof, so there is some danger. Insurance essential.

Plumber installed small hit water heater for new outdoor shower. Just needs connection to power about five metres away

Our toilet needs a silicon seal put around the base and the walls - I think the original is not sealing and the wall joins were never sealed at all leading to old water smell permeating. I’ve tested by putting tape around the area and it has resolved the issue so I need permanent solution I also have a plug that is 150% stuck in my round stone bath and basically need it broken to get it out! But I don’t have the tools or skill.

The shower is leaking even the water tap is fully close

Fix leaking bath basin tap. Taps are new so should only require adjustment / fix. Replace shower head and adjust taps. Shower head provided. Request licensed plumber and evidence of this. Thanks

I’m looking for someone to replace or fix a gutter. It appears to be tilting downwards resulting in water overflowing and pooling on the ground below.

water is constantly dripping into bowl .even after I flush toilet. The cistern fills up and drip continues. I tied to turn off water into toilet on wall but knob is broken so I cant turn the water supply off
