I want to connect a washing machine. There is already an inlet connection available for it as circled with a tick. We need to split the outlet connection which is current in use by the dishwasher. The dishwasher is already next to it and it is a connected to the existing inlet and outlet piping. Also need to replace the shower head in the bathroom

I need someone to swap out my existing shower arm for this new one. The old arm connects to the wall with a union nut fitting (photo attached). It’s seized up and needs two wrenches to undo without twisting the pipe inside the wall — I don’t have the reach or the right tools for it. Toilet has had issues flushing and filling up with water. Need this fixed - should be a quick job and have a shower head that is leaking a small amount. Then need a quote for two items 1. We damaged this wall with our truck door and apparently the wall needs to be inspectioned if the gas has any leaks or damage. The door caused damage to the render and paint but also lifted the entire structure off the ground and crushed it. After that we will need help to plaster the structure to the floor properly.

The kitchen mixer tap in the kitchen has developed a low hot water pressure issue. It takes a long time for hot water to run through from the instant hot water system. There is plenty of hot water pressure in the laundry though??

We’ve got a leaking fridge water line. It’s an old blue plastic pipe feeding the fridge. The pipe itself has a hole and when we try to seal it, the connector into the fridge leaks instead. The isolation valve under the sink does not shut off water, so we’ve had to turn the water off at the mains. We need the fridge supply line replaced and potentially the isolation valve fixed or replaced.

S bend has been cleaned. Blockage lower down. Need an eel to investigate and then unblock.
