Putting in a small sink into the room with the toilet (WC) and 2. Replacing laundry sink which is rusting underneath. If competitive quote I will look to replace laundry sink first. Must have plumbing license to do the sink works.

The kitchen mixer tap in the kitchen has developed a low hot water pressure issue. It takes a long time for hot water to run through from the instant hot water system. There is plenty of hot water pressure in the laundry though??
