We damaged this wall with our truck door and apparently the wall needs to be inspectioned if the gas has any leaks or damage. The door caused damage to the render and paint but also lifted the entire structure off the ground and crushed it. After that we will need help to plaster the structure to the floor properly.

Fix water not draining properly in bathroom sink (see photo) 2. Check if kitchen sink has any small leaks (don’t think it does, just want to confirm). If it needs fixing 3. Replace kitchen sink drain cover so nothing goes through the sides (see photo of kitchen sink) 4. Add cold water connection to washing machine tap (currently only hot water available) - only if affordable (see photo of plumbing works) 5. Install electric bidet (National 1000 model) on the toilet seat (see toilet seat) Notes: • Prefer someone experienced with bidet installation (water + power connection) • There is a power point nearby, but please confirm if anything extra is needed • Licensed plumber preferred for water-related work • Please bring your own tools • Flexible with timing

Bathroom Tiling, Screed & Waterproofing House- Ground Floor - Approx 2.2 x 2.8m 1.9m to two sides of the shower. Rest of the bathroom only 1.5m high tiling 1. Surface Preparation & Screeding • Substrate Prep: Clean and prime the concrete slab to ensure maximum adhesion. • Screed Installation: Supply and install a sand and cement screed bed to the entire floor area • Grading/Falls: Screed must be expertly graded to ensure a consistent fall toward the floor waste and shower waste (minimum 1:60 fall in shower and 1:100 in the general floor area). • Curing: Allow sufficient drying time for the screed before the application of waterproofing membranes. 2. Waterproofing (AS 3740) • Supply and install a certified waterproofing system. Waterproofing to be done x2 - UNDER and OVER screed. • Application: Full floor area (over the new screed and into puddle flanges), shower recesses (to 1.8m), and all wall/floor junctions. • Bond Breakers: Install bond breakers/silicone to all internal corners and transitions. • Compliance: Tiler to provide a Waterproofing Certificate / Form 16 upon completion. 3. Tiling Installation • Floor Tiling: Install Owner-Supplied tiles to the floor. • Shower Walls: Install Owner-Supplied tiles to two (2) shower walls to a height of 1.8m. • Main Walls: Install Owner-Supplied tiles to the remaining bathroom perimeter to a height of 1.2m. • Layout: All tiles to be laid with consistent grout lines (size to be confirmed by Owner). 4. Grouting & Finishing • Grout: Apply grout to all joints (color to be confirmed by Owner). • Silicone: Apply high-quality, mold-resistant silicone to all internal corners, junctions, and base of shower. • Trims: Supply and install aluminum or brass edge trims to all exposed tile edges and doorways. 5. Material Responsibilities by Tiler except Tiles

As per the picture, the piping is falling off underneath the table and I need a bracket put on the piping so it does not fall off

The kitchen mixer tap in the kitchen has developed a low hot water pressure issue. It takes a long time for hot water to run through from the instant hot water system. There is plenty of hot water pressure in the laundry though??

Some dripping taps, probably best I replace them all. Also 2nd toilet is 'running'. Building plumber told me likely inlet valve. So... 12 Tap Washers Replaced Supply and Install Inlet Valve & Water Connection Pipe to Cistern (can pay an extra $50 if can be done today - Thursday)

The shower head mechanism collapsed and need to be affix back in position

We’ve got a leaking fridge water line. It’s an old blue plastic pipe feeding the fridge. The pipe itself has a hole and when we try to seal it, the connector into the fridge leaks instead. The isolation valve under the sink does not shut off water, so we’ve had to turn the water off at the mains. We need the fridge supply line replaced and potentially the isolation valve fixed or replaced.

Regrout and seal the shower tiles

Plastic pipe for the kitchen sink is leaking into the cupboard under the sink,so will need sealant applied or replacement of the plastic pipe/washer.

Ні, There's a small water leak from the washing machine hose connection (see photos). Water is dripping slowly from the hose or connector area. It’s a small hose drip only, not a full repair.
