Unit 1 (Faulty): * Recently became completely unresponsive until power was reset. * Now ignites and provides hot water for around 45–70 seconds, then the burner appears to shut off and the water goes cold. * Will produce hot water again after stopping and restarting the tap. Unit 2: * Operating normally but would also like it serviced as preventative maintenance. I have a rinnai infinity 26i hot water system. It doesn't get hot enough and I want to see if the system temperature can be turned up? I adjusted it manually by turning up the screw provided on the side of the tank but it is still not hot enough.

My hot water is not working in my apartment. I have an electric hot water tank which provides hot water to the apartment. There is no issue with the electricity so has to be a plumbing issue.
