Re join sink to fixture all plumbing in place

I removed a couple of manual bidets from toilets. But need help with removing the T attachment (shown in pic). Need to then reinstall the bidets in my new house (300m away).

See photos. New vanity and basin installed. Need basin plumbed in with new trap to copper outlet.

Need to unblock kitchen sink in apartment using Jet or Vac with moflow if possible after please? Plunging doesn't work.
