Current toilet seat keeps coming unattached from the toilet bowl, despite various attempts to reattach it. Plastic components are broken. I need a new toilet seat ASAP.

Hot water unit (gas) pilot light won’t stay on. Already tried to get it on, it won’t work. May need to replace thermocouple or other part.

Over the past 2 days, my ice cubes are not freezing. I have checked the temperature is at its maximum. Fridge is over 5 years old. Hoping it simply requires replacement freezing gas. Need to unblock kitchen sink in apartment using Jet or Vac with moflow if possible after please? Plunging doesn't work.
