Moved into a new property and found that the taps for the washing machine are: 1) Not consistent 2) Hose does not screw all the way up on the cold tap 3) Water is leaking/sprouting out where the hose connects with the tap Seeking a licensed professional to offer either a workaround solution so that 3) no longer occurs - or a permanent fix so that both taps are consistent AND (cold water tap) no longer leaks

I am looking for a licensed waterproofer to inspect the bathroom in my apartment, confirm that the waterproofing does not meet current standards and provide me with a report confirming this for me to give to my strata. There is an opening/grill in the tiles where the bath meets the floor at ground level that some water got in and has caused some damage to the apartment below (see photos). They are claiming improper use of fixtures and wanting me to pay but I believe it was within normal acceptable use and the damage is due to inadequate waterproofing

Laundry faucet leaking, likely to be worn out gasket, but not not sure. Needs changing. Also shower leaking at mixer tap. Apartment in Artarmon
