2 toilets are not functioning well. One in particular does not flush, it seems as though the cistern is not refilling properly.

The situation: ∙ The cistern has a dual flush mechanism that is filling very slowly — taking around 15 minutes to reach the correct water level ∙ The fill valve (white tower, side-entry) appears heavily scaled internally, restricting flow to a trickle ∙ The wall inlet connector is visibly corroded ∙ The flush valve (dual flush unit) is also aged and likely due for replacement ∙ As a result of the slow fill and weak flush, there was a bowl blockage which has since been cleared I’d like the full cistern mechanism replaced

Our kitchen washer is taking up needed space next to the kitchen sink in our ground floor apartment (raised floorboards with easy, standing-room underfloor access for routing). I'd like to see if a licensed independent plumber could add a drain to-code over the other side of the room (incl. proper "non-syphoning" design or whatever is required) in a better location for stacking our laundry.

Hot water (coming from the hot water tank under my sink) is coming out a brown colour as hot water heater is starting to rust internally. Component that seems to need replacing are (1) temperature valve and (2) automatic shut off valve. Price includes labour + materials cost.

I have a pedestal sink and would like to build a temporary bench/vanity cabinet around the sink. I’m open to doing this from scratch, or purchasing a cabinet and having somebody assist in converting this to a vanity cabinet around the sink. Photos below show the pedestal sink.
