Fix leaking shower mixer tap. Water dripping from mixer and from shower. Likely requires replacement of cartridge and/or seals based on previous experience with similar taps in the house.

Need a licensed plumber for replacing our existing Billi tap water system in our kitchen. New filer tap and machine is supplied (Billi Instant Boiling & Still Water System B4000 with XL Levered Dispenser). This is not a brand new installation but a replacement, meaning no new cuts is required in the kitchen Benchtop. Photo is attached for an existing tap.

1. Needs to replace/install a two-way mixer in kitchen. 2. Fix leaking with the tap (water pressure low) and recently installed water filtering system. 3. Fix the water connection to the dish washer (water pressure low due to the recent installation of water filtering system)

I would like a qualified plumber to change my existing Rheem 876A26NF continuous hot water system with a new Rheem 876A26NF-LF system. It's a like for like replacement but the gas, water inlets and outlets will need adjustment to fit the new system. Please note I have already bought the new unit.

Need a bathroom basin set and kitchen mixer tap installed. Have all the parts, just need someone to change it. Existing taps may be quite stuck so you may need the right tools or metal-cutting tools if really stuck (hopefully not). May also need a metal-cutting tool to cut width of pipe to size in the new basin set.
