Looking to get gutters cleared out and cleaned on 2 story house. There is also one gutter on carport that needs reconnecting.

I have a two-storey house and there is a leak showing on the first-floor ceiling in one area only during very heavy rain. During normal rain, there is no issue. I am not sure of the cause, but possible reasons may include: Gutter overflow during heavy rain Water flowing from a full gutter into the second-floor wall cavity and down to the first-floor ceiling Roof flashing issue Roof leak or flashing around penetrations What I need: An experienced roofer and/or gutter specialist On-site inspection to identify the cause of the leak Advice on the best repair solution Official written quote for fixing the issue (repair not required on the same day unless agreed) House details: Two-storey house Leak visible on first-floor ceiling Access to roof and gutters available

Quote price can be agreed after Roof and guttering replace with potential window work :- Windows need sika flex around all of the deteriorated edge and or potential replacement, Some tiles have only been sealed half way causing water to track back behind and into the roof, needs re-sealing- Cracked flashing that need sealing - Tiles with nail holes haven’t been sealed off, need to be sealed - Gutter clean - Skylight tiles to be removed and tray cleaned and skylight reinstalled. L Replace dome on skylight damaged by hail

Fixing one new down piper and cleaning of the other down pipes

Existing pvc piping is obstructing installation of glass railing. Need to relocate the pvc upwards along the existing vent pipe and then rejoin the current metal gutter below the roof - Due date: Before Tuesday, 5 December 2023
