Hi guys, I have an issue with my gutters that is causing water to overflow during heavy rain. In some areas, the water also runs back underneath the eaves. I'm not sure whether the problem is due to the gutter size, insufficient downpipes, or something else. The house is double-story, and the length of the gutter on each side of the house is around 17 meters. There are 2 downpipes at each end of each side. Thanks,.

Adding eaves, extending roof and adding gutters along the back end of the house (yellow line on floor plan) and considering how this can also be done along the hebel edge.

Gutter is rusted. So that needs to be replaced. It is roughly 7-8m and connected to next door. Please see attached picture and floor plan. Red circle is the place I want to get that replaced. It will be best if it is done fast. And it is best on Tuesdays or alternate Fridays.

Noticed some water damage on the porch above our front door entrance - suspect some kind of leak from gutter but couldn't tell from limited view and ability to get onto roof etc.

Remove and dispose of old metal gutters from kerb. Some sections are long (over 3m) and will need cutting so also need your own metal cutter.

As pictured timber under gutter has rotted and needs to be replaced. Electricity mounting bracket to be fitted. Approx 5 meters.
